Serkan ÇATALPINAR

Serkan Çatalpınar, graduated from Başkent University in 2005 and completed his legal internship at Kasaroğlu Law Office in 2007, where he also worked as a lawyer. In 2007, he moved to Brussels to be assigned to the PECO desk at the European Bar Council, representing the Union of Bar Associations. Since 2012, he acts as the Contract and Claims Manager of Turkey's leading construction companies, particularly in FIDIC construction projects. He represented all contractor, engineer and employer sides in such projects. Serkan Çatalpınar has been working as a founding partner of the Kurucu Law Offices since July 2015.

His expertise is particularly focused on Construction Law (mainly FIDIC, FAR and Public Procurement Law), International Trade, Arbitration Law, Defense Industry and Corporate Law. He has provided legal support to many domestic and foreign clients since the beginning of his professional life.
